Chocolate pops

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate coating, dark or light
  • 50 g popped buckwheat

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

For muesli or simply for snacking

Melt the chocolate coating in a hot water bath over low heat. You’ll need a larger bowl for this. When the chocolate coating is liquid, remove it from the heat, add the buckwheat pops, and mix everything well with a spoon. Spread the mixture evenly on a plate lined with baking paper (I use a tray) and let it cool until the chocolate coating is completely solid. Then break it up finely. The chocolate pops are ready. You can, of course, also use other popped cereals, such as wheat pops.
