Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 cup cream cheese, grainy
- 1 tsp, heaped creamed horseradish
- 1 tsp dill
- some salt
- some pepper

It’s best to mince the smoked salmon using a Tupperware Quickchef. If you don’t have one, cut the salmon into very small cubes. Then add a teaspoon of dill tips, a little salt and pepper, and stir in a heaped teaspoon of horseradish cream. Finally, combine everything with the cream cheese. Tastes fabulous on whole-grain bread.
