Cream cheese cream in four variations

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g cream cheese
  • some tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp salmon substitute (smoked pollock schnitzel)
  • 1 tsp dill tips
  • ½ small piece(s) of onion(s), finely chopped
  • some pepper from the mill
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • ½ small bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tbsp ajvar
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • some spring onions
  • some salt and pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Simple and, if you like, also vegetarian

Avoid using low-fat cream cheese if possible. Mediterranean cream cheese spread: Cut the tomatoes (I pickle them myself; they taste better) into small pieces and mix with the cream cheese. Salmon cream cheese spread: Mix the salmon and onions together, add the cream cheese and pepper, and finally garnish with the dill tips. Paprika cream cheese spread: Finely dice the bell peppers and mix everything together. Then garnish with diced bell peppers. Leek cream cheese spread: Thinly slice the green parts of the leek onions. Mix with salt and freshly ground pepper and the cream cheese. Serve with bread rolls, sandwiches, or baguettes.
