Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g dark chocolate coating
  • 3 cans condensed milk, sweetened
  • 1 jar crunchy peanut butter
  • 400 g peanuts, salted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 packs of butter cookies (minis)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 13 days; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 13 days 1 hour

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Heat a pot of water on the stove. Melt the dark chocolate and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk together in a double boiler and then spread it on the baking sheet. Let the mixture cool. Roughly chop the peanuts. In a saucepan, melt the remaining condensed milk along with the peanut butter, salt, and the crushed peanuts, and spread it on the cooled chocolate mixture. Press the mini butter cookies side by side into the still-soft nut mixture and let cool for at least 12 hours. Then cut into cookie-sized pieces. Makes approximately 150 cookies.
