Crunchy muesli balls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cup(s) rolled oats, wholegrain
  • 2 cup(s) milk, warm
  • 1 cup(s) desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup(s) hazelnuts, mixed
  • 1 cup(s) raisins
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Let stand for 1/2 hour. Then form into walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 170°C for approximately 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack and store in a tightly sealed container. Serve the balls for breakfast with milk or yogurt, as desired. Preparation time: approximately 30 minutes.
