Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 450 g soft dates
- 90 g oat flakes
- 9 tbsp baking cocoa
- 180 g walnuts
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pour hot water over the dates and soak for about 10-15 minutes. Drain the water and squeeze the water out of the dates. Blend the dates, oats, cocoa powder, walnuts, vanilla (optional), coconut oil, and cinnamon in a food processor or blend in batches with an immersion blender until a dough forms. The dough should be malleable. Shape the dough into about 30 balls. Chill thoroughly.
