Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g almonds, whole with shell
  • 100 g cranberries, dried
  • 13 prunes, more or less depending on size
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

delicious and easy: Made from nuts, chocolate and dried fruits

Chop all ingredients except the desiccated coconut in a food processor. You can do this in batches, adding a little of each at a time and chopping until you get a chewy mixture. Don’t overcook it, so there are still small pieces left, and it’s nice and crunchy when you bite into it. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a few prunes. Once everything is chopped up, knead again, form balls, and roll them in the desiccated coconut. It’s best to keep the balls in the fridge; that’s when they taste best and stay nice and firm. A great souvenir, and everyone has been crazy about them so far. A delicious homemade creation that tastes delicious and doesn’t contain any added fat or sugar.
