Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 1 pt. dough (yeast dough, frozen)
- 750 g onion(s)
- 100 g ham, diced
- 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 1 cup of cream
- 2 eggs
- salt and pepper
Instructions

for beginners
Prepare the yeast dough according to the package instructions (thaw). Lightly sauté the onions and place them on the rolled-out dough along with the diced ham. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over the dough. Whisk the eggs with the cream and pour over the dough. Bake in the oven at 200°C (190°C fan-assisted) for about 25 minutes.
