Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 700 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 500 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The right thing for every celebration and quickly made

Thaw the frozen raspberries in a bowl. Purée them with the powdered sugar. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the puréed raspberries. Place in the freezer for about 24 hours and remove about 1-2 hours before serving. Quick, inexpensive, easy, and delicious. Tip: If you don’t like raspberries, you can also use strawberries.
