yeast plait

Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk and knead everything into a yeast dough. If the dough is sticky, add a little more flour. Let the dough rise until it has doubled in size. Then divide it into three strands and braid them. Let it rise again until it has visibly increased in size. Brush with milk and bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes. Brush with milk again for a nice shine.
