Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 1 tbsp vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
- 1 ½ cup(s) water
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 bowl of lamb’s lettuce
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 6 tomatoes
- 4 balls of mozzarella
Instructions

(green, white, red)
Peel and dice the onion, and mix with the sugar. Let it steep for about an hour. Then mix the mustard with the sugar onions. Add the vinegar and oil and mix well. Fill the mixture with water and pour over the salad. Wash the tomatoes. Peel the cucumber. Cut into slices along with the mozzarella and arrange on a platter, alternating red, green, and white slices, to form a border. Place the washed lamb’s lettuce in the middle. If there are any leftover mozzarella, tomatoes, and cucumber, dice them and mix them into the middle of the lamb’s lettuce. Add the salad servers and serve. Serve the dressing separately or drizzle it over the salad beforehand.
