Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g minced beef
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- e.g. breadcrumbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Make a dough from the ground beef, egg, capers, and spices. Add enough breadcrumbs to form a dough that’s easy to shape. Form the mixture into small balls; this will yield about 20 balls. Heat a pan with a little cooking oil and fry the meatballs until golden brown on all sides. Arrange the balls and serve.
