Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g rice
- 200 ml tomato juice
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 250 g broccoli
- 1 paprika powder
- 200 g corn
- 100 g sugar snap peas
- pepper
- 2 tbsp chives

Bring the rice, tomato juice, and vegetable stock to a boil in a saucepan and cook according to the package instructions. Slice the leek into thick rings, divide the broccoli into florets, and sauté in a hot pan. Slice the bell pepper into strips and add it along with the remaining vegetables, then sauté. Stir the cooked tomato rice into the vegetables, season with pepper and chives, and serve.
