Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 30 g bacon, diced / ham
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • some oil
  • 2 leeks, cut into rings
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • n. B. water
  • 100 g cheese, soft cheese with garlic (or herbs)
  • n. B. water
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

ideal with boiled potatoes, pan-fried dishes or meatballs

Lightly brown the bacon and onion in the hot oil, then add the leek and sauté for a few minutes. Stir in the sour cream, add water to make the desired sauce, and mix well. Now melt the cheese in the sauce, season with pepper, and enjoy. Please note: I deliberately didn’t use salt in this recipe, as we find the bacon and cheese provide enough salt. Every cook seasons to their own taste anyway.
