Pak Choi and Carrot Vegetables à la Didi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g pak choi
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 250 ml water
  • e.g. broth powder (clear soup, frozen)
  • e.g. Hollandaise sauce
  • 1 Bockwurst
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the pak choi into thin strips. Peel the carrot and cut into small diamond shapes. Peel the onion and dice it into small cubes. Heat a pan with sunflower oil. Fry the carrot diamonds, add the diced onion, and fry. Now add the pak choi and fry. Add 200 ml water and 1/2 teaspoon of clear soup and reduce until soft. Add the sausage and heat through. Stir in a little hollandaise sauce and season with clear soup to taste. Plate up and serve.
