Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g macaroni
  • 250 g dried fruits, mixed
  • 1 sachet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • some butter
  • some nutmeg
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Place the dried fruit in a pot and fill it with water, just enough to cover the dried fruit, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Empty the custard powder from the sachet into a cup, add 6 tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of sugar, stir, and mix the mixture into the soft dried fruit. Meanwhile, cook the macaroni in lightly salted water. Once the pasta is done, remove it and drain. Add a little butter, nutmeg, salt, and 2 egg yolks to the empty pasta pot and mix to combine. Finally, return the macaroni to the pot and mix everything well. Serve the macaroni in deep plates and top each plate with some of the dried fruit.
