Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter soy rice drink, unsweetened
  • 40 g sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 160 g pasta
  • 500 g raspberries, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

very quick to prepare and ideal for summer

Heat the soy rice drink and sugar or vanilla sugar in a saucepan while stirring. Cook the noodles for about 8-10 minutes. Serve the noodles with the fresh raspberries.
