Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g tagliatelle pasta
- 50 g hazelnuts, ground
- 4 half peaches (pie peaches) with juice
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle according to the package instructions with 1 teaspoon of salt. Drain the cooked pasta in a sieve and toss with the ground hazelnuts. Cut the peaches into small pieces and heat briefly with their juice. Plate up the hazelnut tagliatelle and serve with the peaches and juice as a sauce.
