Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 1 head of broccoli or other vegetables
  • 2 tbsp, leveled sauce thickener
  • 400 ml vegetable stock
  • Spice(s) of your choice
  • 1 handful of cheese, grated
  • some butter or oil
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely dice the onion and cut the broccoli into small florets. Preheat oven to 175°C. Melt the fat in a pan and sauté the onion, add the broccoli florets, and deglaze with the vegetable stock. Then stir in the sour cream and simmer briefly, adding the sauce thickener. Transfer the drained pasta to a greased ovenproof dish and pour the broccoli sauce over it. Stir lightly to ensure even distribution and season to taste with nutmeg, paprika, pepper, and/or herbs. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Tip: You can also use other vegetables, such as zucchini or cherry tomatoes. Since vegetable stock is quite salty, do not add extra salt when seasoning.
