Hazelnut-raisin rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 15 g yeast
  • 450 ml water, lukewarm
  • 300 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 200 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 75 g hazelnuts, chopped
  • 50 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Combine yeast and half of the water and set aside for 5 minutes. Combine flour, salt, and sugar, then add oil, yeast mixture, and the remaining water. Knead into a smooth dough and let it rise for one hour. Knead in nuts and raisins. Form 12 rolls and place on a baking sheet. Let rise for 30 minutes, then bake at 180°C for about 20-25 minutes.
