Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tortilla(s)
- 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 3 slices of salami
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- 3 Pepper, hot
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
- 1 pickle(s)
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard, hot
- 1 tsp onion granules
- ½ tsp paprika powder, hot
- some milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
With cucumber and egg
For the sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, onion granules, and paprika. Add a little milk to thicken it (similar to hollandaise sauce). First, place a layer of iceberg lettuce on the wrap. Spread a layer of sauce over it. Next, add the salami, followed by the sliced cucumber. Chop the hot peppers and add them as well. Top with the sliced egg and the quartered gherkin. Spread the remaining sauce on top and roll up the wrap.
