Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • olive oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • n. B. herbs
  • dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Amuse-bouche

Dice the salmon. Peel and dice the cucumber and place it in a bowl. Season with oil, salt, and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Add herbs if desired. Layer the cucumber and salmon in a small glass, garnishing with dill if desired. The other half of the cucumber can also be used for another amuse-bouche, such as my Cucumber and Liver Sausage Praline. Tip: For a more attractive appearance, you can also add an additional layer of feta cheese.
