Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 romaine lettuce heart(s)
- 100 g wild salmon fillet(s)
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Tear the lettuce heart into individual leaves. Place the wild salmon on the leaves and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Serve.
