Fried noodles with egg, cheese and fried sausages

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)
  • salt water
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices of cheese (Gouda or butter cheese)
  • 5 Bockwurst from the jar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • 1 pinch of chili
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta as usual in salted water until tender. While the pasta is cooking, thinly slice the frankfurters and fry them in a pan with a little oil, salt, pepper, and chili (I also always add a little hot paprika) until crispy. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan with the cooked sausage slices and continue frying (you can decide for yourself how thoroughly and for how long you want the pasta to fry). Meanwhile, cut the cheese slices into strips, as these melt better. When the pasta has reached the desired consistency, add the cheese and eggs and stir until the cheese has melted and the eggs have set (like scrambled eggs). Season again with salt and pepper and then serve in the pan or on plates.
