Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 2 small Madeira bananas, 60 g each, peeled
  • 250 g blueberries
  • 200 ml cream, 35%
  • 25 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 30 ml red wine, dry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the banana, cut it into pieces, and place it in a blender. Wash the blueberries and add them to the bananas. Add the cream, Baileys, and red wine, and blend thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker and prepare according to the instructions. A tip regarding alcohol: The ice cream can easily be made without red wine and Baileys. Then add 50g of yogurt.
