Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 10 large plums
- 100g Gorgonzola
- 3 tbsp whipped cream
- salt and pepper, pepper
- Plum(s) – split or
- Almond(s) for garnishing
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
piquant – fruity addition to an aperitif or a glass of wine
Wash the plums, dry thoroughly, cut them lengthwise, and remove the stones. Do not cut the plums all the way through! Mash the cheese finely with a fork and stir it into the cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Using a teaspoon (or even better, use a piping bag with a serrated nozzle), fill the plums with the mixture and garnish with plum slices or finely chopped almonds.
