Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ bunch parsley and 1/2 bunch chives
- 100 g veal liver sausage
- 1 tbsp cognac
- 1 tsp pepper, green
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder and 16 cream puffs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cut the profiteroles crosswise. Mix the cream cheese with the crushed garlic clove and the chopped herbs. Mix the veal liver sausage with cognac and green peppercorns, and season with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Fill the profiteroles with this mixture.
