Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slices of white bread
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • some oregano
  • some extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • some basil, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Really Italian

First, toast the slices of bread. In the meantime, dice the tomatoes and marinate them with a little olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Rub the toasted slices generously with the peeled garlic clove, spread the marinated tomatoes on top, and garnish with basil leaves, if desired.
