Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 small apple, sweet
- 1 m.-sized banana(s)
- 2 tbsp millet flakes (baby millet flakes)
- 2 tsp almond butter, white
- ½ cup water
- 1 tsp rapeseed oil
Instructions

Peel and core the apple, and cut into large pieces. Peel and roughly chop the banana. Place the apple, banana, millet flakes, and water in a blender and puree until smooth. Add a little more water or millet flakes to achieve the desired consistency. Then transfer the mixture to a small bowl and stir in the almond butter and rapeseed oil.
