Oatmeal Banana Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes, fine
  • 4 bananas
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Complementary food, baby-led weaning, from 6 months, approx. 40 biscuits

Puree or mash the bananas. Boil the water. Combine the pureed bananas with the oats and pour over the boiling water. Stir thoroughly until a mushy mixture forms. Let the mixture rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Spoon small cookie-sized blobs onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes, then let the cookies cool.
