Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 150 g Gorgonzola (cream Gorgonzola)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 500 g fig(s), ripe

Put the flour in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and add it. Add the egg and salt. Using a dough hook, knead everything into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into a ball, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Purée the cream-Gorgonzola and the sour cream with a mixer. Whisk the eggs and mix in. Season the mixture with a little salt and pepper. Wash the figs and halve them lengthwise. Place the dough in the prepared pie dish and pierce the base several times with a fork. Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the dough and place the figs, cut-side up, in the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve lukewarm or cold. Serve with a mixed leaf salad.
