Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 500 ml buttermilk
- 1 pack of sauce powder (vanilla), no cooking
- 1 pear(s)
- 2 bananas
- 4 tbsp oat flakes
- 2 tbsp brittle
- Cinnamon
- Sweetener, liquid
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and core the pear. Peel the bananas. Blend both with a hand blender. Add the low-fat quark, buttermilk, sauce powder, oats, and brittle to the fruit and mix everything into a cream. Season to taste with cinnamon and sweetener and serve. Tip: If you like, you can divide everything between dessert bowls and garnish with brittle (or whatever else you have on hand).
