Fried noodles

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Chinese egg noodles (Mie noodles)
  • salt water
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 10 tbsp sauce (oyster sauce)
  • possibly chili powder
  • some margarine

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Cook the noodles in a little salted water until tender and the water has evaporated. Add the chopped garlic cloves and the oyster sauce. Drizzle with a little margarine or oil and stir. Season with chili powder, if desired.
