Ham pasta with Parmesan

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 package of penne, approx. 500 g
  • 1 package of cooked ham, approx. 200 g
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • some salt and pepper, colorful from the mill
  • e.g. Parmesan cheese in a piece

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. While the pasta is cooking, finely chop the ham and spring onions, peel and mince the garlic. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a pasta pot and briefly sauté the garlic and ham. Add freshly ground pepper and salt, then return the pasta to the pot. Turn off the heat, add the spring onions, and mix well. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
