Pasta with ham and mushroom sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g macaroni, short
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 125 ml cream, sweet
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill
  • some parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Finely dice the onion and garlic and sauté in oil until translucent. Clean the mushrooms, thinly slice them, and add them to the onions. Dice the ham and add it. Deglaze with the broth and cream and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan and add them to the sauce along with the chopped parsley. Serve the pasta and sauce on two plates.
