Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 200 g minced meat
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 g ham, diced
  • 400 g pasta
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated pizza cheese

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Finely chop onion and garlic, sauté with minced meat and diced ham in olive oil. Dice bell peppers and add. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add tomato paste and mustard and mix well. Continue sautéing for about 5 minutes. Drain pasta, add the minced meat mixture and cheese, and mix well until the cheese melts and forms a stringy texture.
