Minute steaks with crème fraîche sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g minute steak(s) of pork
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • n. B. Oil
  • n. B. Salt
  • n. B. Pfeffer

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Generously salt and pepper the minute steaks. Heat oil in a pan and sear the minute steaks on both sides. Deglaze with water, add the bay leaves, and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Stir in the crème fraîche and discard the bay leaves. Let the sauce cool slightly to allow the flavor to develop. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with spaetzle or noodles.
