Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes (boiled potatoes from the previous day)
  • 1 jar beans, green beans
  • 1 cup sour cream or crème fraîche
  • 20 g liver sausage
  • ketchup
  • Vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Fat for the pan

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Recycling leftovers

Add the cooked potatoes to a pan with a little fat. Peel and finely chop the onion and add it to the pan. Fry for about 5-10 minutes. Then add the beans and fold them in. The potatoes and beans will be a little mushy, as the potatoes aren’t fried as long as fried potatoes. Season to taste with all the spices listed. Add a dash of ketchup and a dash of vinegar. Fold in about 20g of the liver sausage and a cup of sour cream. Simmer for another 10-20 minutes. It might not look particularly appetizing when it’s ready, but it’s delicious, easy, and the leftovers are gone.
