Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 pork fillets
- 16 slice(s) bacon, smoked breakfast bacon (boneless)
- some fat
- 2 cups of cream
- 2 cups of crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- some ketchup
- 1 tsp curry powder (or more)
- Parsley, chopped (possibly dried)

Cut the fillet pieces (or lobster meat) into 16 medallions and wrap each one with a slice of bacon. Combine the crème fraîche, cream, spices, parsley, and ketchup. Place the wrapped meat in a greased casserole dish, spread the sauce over it, and cook at 175°C (350°F) (depending on the oven) for approximately 60 to 80 minutes. Serve with a mixed leaf salad. Filled rösti (fried potatoes), croquettes, or French fries are suitable side dishes.
