Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 g bell pepper(s), red
  • 80 g bell pepper(s), green
  • 80 g carrot(s)
  • 80 g zucchini
  • 80 g corn
  • 80 g onion(s)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Sunflower oil
  • Sea salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Clean and deseed the bell peppers. Peel the carrots and onions. Wash the zucchini. Finely dice everything. Place in a large bowl along with the corn, ground beef, eggs, salt, and pepper. Press in the garlic and mix all ingredients well. Form the mixture into palm-sized patties and fry in heated oil over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes on each side. Plate and serve. Serve with potato salad.
