- salt and pepper
- n. B. spice(s)

- 4 eggs

- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 large tomato(s)
- ¼ cucumber(s)
- 4 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- some ketchup
- some mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, prepare the ground meat. Season it as you normally would. Form the ground meat into 4 large balls. Flatten them to form your burger patties. Then fry your patties. Tip: Place one formed ball on a board and then cover it with cling film. Now take a small frying pan and tap the ball firmly several times. This will create a nice, evenly shaped burger patty. You can do this with all the meatballs. While your patties are sizzling in the pan, slice the tomato, cucumber, and onion. Set these aside. Cut the burger buns and toast them in a toaster oven. Alternatively, you can bake all the buns in the oven. In both cases, they will be nice and crispy. Set them aside for now. When your patties are almost done cooking, crack the eggs in a pan and fry the fried eggs. Meanwhile, place two slices of melted cheese on each of the finished patties. These melt particularly well in the pan on the meat. If you like, you can also fry your fried eggs on the other side. Then you can assemble your burger. Stack the ingredients as follows: Put some mustard on the bottom of the bun. Then place a lettuce leaf on top. Place the patty with the melted cheese on the lettuce leaf. Finally, place the fried egg on top of the cheese. Garnish the burger with the onion, tomato, and cucumber slices, spread some ketchup on the top of the burger bun, and place it on top of the vegetables.
