Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Finely chop the onion. Knead all ingredients together and form approximately 18 meatballs from the mixture. Place the meatballs in the frying basket of the air fryer and cook at 200°C for approximately 20 minutes. The cooking time will, of course, depend on the size of the meatballs.
