lightning fast, creamy, delicious, fresh

Sprinkle the washed and patted turkey strips generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and a little curry powder, and rub the spices in thoroughly. Then sear the meat in a little oil. Meanwhile, clean the bell peppers and onion and slice them lengthwise into fine strips. Remove the meat from the pan and set aside. Add the vegetables to the pan, season with salt, and sauté. Add a little tomato paste. After a few minutes, deglaze with chicken stock, then add the cream. Season everything again to taste with salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, and tarragon (which is a must!). Then add the meat back in and simmer briefly. I recommend rice or spaetzle as a side dish. Tip: If you like it even more flavorful, you can also add a dollop of cream cheese.
