Chicken stew Kaiser style

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g chicken strips
  • some oil
  • 500 g vegetables (Kaisergemüse)
  • 3 tbsp vegetable broth
  • some water
  • 1 pinch(s) of herb salt and pepper
  • e.g. cream, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the chicken strips in a little oil in a pan until golden brown. Add the Kaiser vegetables and vegetable stock, and pour in a little water. Simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until the desired consistency is reached. Stir occasionally. Add a little pepper, herb salt, and, if desired, a little cream, stir well, and serve.
