Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 large zucchini, finely chopped
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can peas and carrots
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and very tasty

First, fry the garlic with the minced meat until crispy. Add the zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces, to the pan. After about 3-4 minutes, add the corn and carrots with peas. Sauté for about 5 more minutes, then stir in the chopped tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer everything together for about 5 more minutes and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs to taste.
