  • 300 g chanterelles (also tastes good with mushrooms)

  • 100g bacon

  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta, drain, and set aside. Clean and dice the mushrooms, and set aside. Clean the leek, cut into fine strips, and set aside. Fry the bacon without adding any fat until crispy, remove from the pan, dice, and set aside. Add the leek and mushrooms to the frying fat and sauté for about 5 minutes, adding a little water if necessary. Meanwhile, combine the cream, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper to make a sauce. Add the sauce to the vegetables. Stir in the bacon and pasta.
