Pasta for the students – WG

My boyfriend developed this recipe in his shared kitchen. It’s delicious any time of day or night, the ingredients are always on hand, and it’s very quick. The advantages are obvious. Here’s how to prepare it: If you don’t have any boiled pasta from the day before in the fridge, you first need to cook it al dente according to the package instructions. Chop the onions, garlic, bacon, and mushrooms. Canned mushrooms will obviously speed things up. Sauté the onions, garlic, and bacon in olive oil. Add the mushrooms and cook briefly. Then add the pasta and cook. Season to taste. Stir in the cream and eggs. Turn off the heat, continue stirring, and season again. The mush is now ready to serve. You can add any ingredients you have available (canned corn, tomatoes, fresh herbs) to taste!
