Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 sausages, fresh
- 1 pack of spinach
- 4 eggs
- 500 g macaroni
- ¼ tsp salt
- some nutmeg

ideal for a party
Cook the macaroni noodles as directed on the package. Briefly fry the sausages in a pan. Line a round tart pan with parchment paper and cover the bottom with macaroni. Then layer the sausages in a circle and top with the remaining macaroni. Warm the spinach in a saucepan and season with salt and nutmeg. Whisk the eggs and stir them into the warm spinach, then spread over the macaroni. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes and serve hot.
