Farfalle Vegetable Casserole

The perfect farfalle vegetable casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Farfalle
  • 1000 g Frozen imperial vegetables with cream
  • 300 g Gouda, grated
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Boil the Farfalle al dente in salted water.
  2. Prepare the frozen vegetables in the pot according to the instructions, adding pepper to taste.
  3. Put the farfalle and vegetables in a baking dish and mix together.
  4. Mix half of the grated Gouda cheese into the Farfalle and the vegetables.
  5. Place the remaining cheese on top of the pasta, vegetable and cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in the oven at about 220 degrees for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is lightly brown.
