Ingredients
- 1 Diced carrots
- 2 Sliced celery
- 2 small Jacket potatoes
- 1 cup Homemade vegetable broth
- 0,5 cup Cream 10% fat
- 0,5 cup Milk
- 0,5 cup Salt
- 0,5 cup Pepper
- Nutmeg a.d.M.
- 1 slice Cheese
Instructions
- Bring the sliced carrot and celery stalk with the vegetable stock to the boil and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, so the casserole in the oven doesn't take that long.
- Put the vegetables in a casserole dish and stir in the cream and a little milk, add a little salt and pepper and whisk well together.
- Chop the jacket potatoes into the dish on top of the carrots and celery, place the slice of cheese on top, pour the liquid over it and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. It's quick - tastes delicious 😉
